The FPO is completely owned and managed by Women Board of Directors

It is a young company with 2200 members as shareholders of which 83% women farmers and 48% youth and a corpus of EURO 12,400 (INR 11 lacs.)

It has recently developed a business plan for the next 3-5 years for its products – A) Seeds/ grains (Wheat, mustard, groundnut, urad pulse) and B) Spices (processed - Chili powder, Coriander powder, turmeric powder, gram powder, wheat porridge (Daliya), wheat flour)

It has received government certification for its “wheat seed of K17 variety”.

The members are conscious of environment. They ensure organic produce and have just established a solar powered processing unit

The FPO is currently in the process of brand identity registration as well as planning an online marketing outlet to reach wider markets
